Adoptzone.com is a hosting company of webpages of families seeking to adopt.  This website is not a licensed adoption agency, attorney, facilitator, or other adoption professional.  The pages are maintained by AdoptAds, LLC.  The information provided on any webpage of adoptzone.com is not offered as legal advice or any general advice but solely offered as questions to be raised to your own attorney for further discussions.  You are strongly urged to consult with your own attorney.  The attorney for the adoptive parents, Adam B. Sklar, Esq., cannot and will not represent you in the adoption of your child to the family that you’ve selected on any Adoptzone.com webpage.  The families displayed on any webpage of adoptzone.com are utilizing nationwide internet advertising services to direct traffic to their Adoptzone.com subpage.

Anything you share over the internet does not contain any guarantees of privacy.  The contact details and information that you may provide on any Adoptzone.com webpage will be shared with the family displayed on the page, the attorney for the family of that page, and possibly other professionals assisting the family seeking to adopt.

By providing your name, address, telephone number, mobile number, email address, and any other contact details, you hereby authorize the family and/or their representatives to contact you with the understanding that you may incur daily airtime or text messaging charges from your mobile provider.

No Financial or Medical Emergencies

This website and the adoptive family displayed on this website do not accept any case that is a medical or financial emergency.  There is a background process that takes time to process before creating an adoption plan.  If you have a medical emergency, you are urged to dial 911.

Responses

While you may receive automatic messaging to complete background forms, the adoptive family may decide not to respond to any of your messages.   If you do not receive a response directly from the adoptive family within 72 hours of sending your message, you should intrepret that lack of response as the family indicating that they do not feel that your case is the right fit for them. 

No Obligation

If you begin communicating with the adoptive family on this website, you understand that you are not obligated to place your baby for adoption with them and they are not obligated to adopt your baby.

Disputes and Resolutions

In the event of a dispute arising from use of the Adoptzone.com website application, AdoptAds, LLC reserves the right to pursue any or all of the following remedies:

(1) ban from participating on any adoptzone.com webpage for misuse, posting of inappropriate content, or

(2) seek resolution of any dispute through the approved ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) mediation procedures of the State of New Jersey.

Limited Warranty and Limitation on Damages

The User acknowledges that AdoptAds, LLC is not responsible for the results obtained by any visitor to adoptzone.com.  By visiting adoptzone.com, you hereby waive any claim(s) for damages, direct or indirect, and agree that the sole and exclusive remedy for any and all damages (either in contract or tort) shall be the cancellation of the webpage used as set forth above.
